We're talking about the Performance Trigger concept.

This 7 Year Fixed Index Annuity features a S&P 500 Performance Trigger that credits your clients account 10.50% if the S&P 500 is up (any amount) or flat on their annuity contract anniversary date. If the S&P 500 is down on their contract anniversary date their account will take a zero for that year.

Offer your clients 10.50% if the S&P 500 is up or flat, and 0% if the S&P 500 is down. It doesn't get much simpler than that!

Here are some examples of 100% allocation to the 1 Year S&P 500 Performance Trigger Index at the current rate of 10.50% for 100K or more of premium in this 7 year FIA:

• If S&P 500 is negative 1 year out of 7 years = Avg return 9.00%
• If S&P 500 is negative 2 years out of 7 years = Avg return 7.50%
• If S&P 500 is negative 3 years out of 7 years = Avg return 6.00%

This FIA also offers a fixed bucket with a current rate of 5.75%.
