From May 20th - 25th, 2018 Western Marketing treated over 60 top producers and their spouses/guests to a 5 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino.  Most of the agents arrived on the 20th and were given the remainder of the day to rest after a long day of traveling.  

On the 22nd Western Marketing put on a business meeting in the morning with representatives from the following insurance companies present:  Aetna, Cigna, GTL, EquiTrust, National General, and UCT.  After a brief presentation by Western Marketing, each carrier rep gave a short, interactive presentation on their companies and their top products.  After a few hours of fantastic discussions the business meeting ended.

After the business meeting Western Marketing hosted an optional golf outing.  There is only ONE 18 hole championship golf course on the island of Aruba, and that afternoon it was reserved for Western Marketing agents!  Participants played in a 4 man scramble with a 1:00 pm shotgun start at the Tierra Del Sol country club.  The unique desert style course, layout, design and constant winds created a one-of-a-kind golfing experience best described as playing Scotland and Scottsdale at the same time.  

On the night of the 23rd Western Marketing hosted a party on the beach!  The party kicked off with a cocktail hour followed by a short awards presentation recognizing the top producers in several different categories.  After the awards presentation dinner was served, and then a live band performed late into the night.  The island vibes and cocktails were flowing and everyone had a great time!

The rest of the trip was FREE TIME for agents and their spouses to spend however they wanted!  We like to reward our hard-working agents with lots of free time, as nobody likes a pre-planned schedule full of meetings and mandatory events.  We want to thank everyone who attended!  We had a record number of agents and a record number of carrier reps on this trip, making it a huge success!
