Agent will earn a $160 bonus for each issued and active, Underwritten e-application, and a $40 bonus for each issued and active, Open Enrollment e-application. Guaranteed issue enrollments are excluded from this program. Bonuses earned on issued and active policies will be processed and paid per the Company's established commission pay cycles. Agent must be in good standing at the time of bonus payment. Bonuses earned will display as separate line item on corresponding commission statement(s), as bonus is not part of agent's agreed upon commission level. Bonuses earned will result in a full chargeback if policy does not remain active and in-force for a full 12-month cycle.
