How to submit your apps:

Electronically
The most efficient method for submitting your applications is electronically through the carrier e-app or through MedicareCENTER.

The deadline for submitting AEP apps though MedicareCENTER is 11:59 pm EASTERN TIME on December 7th.  Apps started, but not completed by the deadline will not count.

We realize that paper applications are sometimes necessary.

Hours for Submitting Applications During AEP:
Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm Central
Friday:  8 am - 3 pm Central
Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 12 pm Central

Business must be received by Western Marketing by 5:00 pm CST on December 7th to guarantee submission to the carrier.  If you cannot get your applications to us by 5pm on December 7th, please send direct to the carrier.  Thank you.


CARRIER DEADLINES:
  • Aetna MA/MAPD/PDP - December 9th is the last day to submit all applications that were signed and dated Dec 7th
  • United Healthcare MA/MAPD/PDP - All apps must be dated 12-7 or before and submitted with the 48 hours of receipt.
  • Wellcare - Any 12/7/21 applications should be submitted within 24 hours of receipt
  • Anthem - Apps using the AEP election must be "submitted" by 11:59 pm on 12-7
  • Humana - all paper apps must be submitted with 24 hours
  • Cigna Healthspring - Apps dated 12/7 or before must be submitted within 48 hours
  • BCBS - Apps must be postmarked by 12/7 or faxed/entered online before 11:59 on 12/7
  • Mutual of Omaha PDP - Apps need to be signed and submitted by 11:59 pm on 12/7.
  • BaylorScott&White - Apps using the AEP election must be submitted by 11:59 pm on 12/7
  • Clearspring Health - Apps must be submitted by 11:59 on 12/7
  • DevotedHealth - All applications must be submitted prior to 11:59 pm CST (in each market) on 12/7/22. If applications are mailed, they must be signed 12/7/22 or earlier. Mailed apps are given two day leeway for postage
  • Molina Healthcare - paper apps dated 12/7 must be submitted within 48 hours
