Before you get started, there are a few important things you should know:

  1. Write down and save the username, password and PIN code that you create.  You'll need these for future entry to the site to edit, view contracts or for additional contracts.

  2. Have the following with you:

    • •  Fax Machine
      •  Printer
      •  Insurance Licenses
      •  Names of companies with which you are currently appointed
      •  E & O Certificate*
      •  Tax ID Number
      •  Driver's License

* If you need E & O insurance, we can provide you with low-cost carriers.

  1. If you are completing this appointment for someone else, please enter all information for the person being appointed.  Do not use any of your own information.  If you answer any of the questions with your information, your information will be inserted into the appointment documents.

  2. You can skip the questions that do not apply to you.

  3. You will see your progress at the top of the page.  How long this online appointment takes will be, in part, a function of how many carriers you select.

  4. After your submission is accepted, you will be able to view your documents online.  Return to www.wmacorp.com and click 'Online Contracting' to login.
